Visit Adelaida Cellars‘ tasting room, located on a stunning hilltop ranch with elevations to 2300 feet. Taste rare mountain-grown wines that are bold and exciting. We specialize in estate-grown Pinot Noir (from the historic HMR Vineyard, planted in the early 1960s), old vine Zinfandel and serious Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dr. Stanley Hoffman planted the first Pinot Noir and Gamay Noir vines in the craggy hillside terrain of what is now the HMR Vineyard in Paso Robles' Adelaida District. Dr. Hofffman planted some of the regions first Cabernet Sauvignon vines and continued in 1973 to plant Chardonnay in the HMR Vineyard.
Open 11 a.m.-5 p.m. daily.
